2. Description of Services Prosperene Limited offers B2B consulting services, including an Instant Quote service and 5 standardized service packages. When you submit a Sourcing Inquiry or make a purchase, you are engaging us for professional consulting and research services.
3. Payment Terms All fees for our consulting services are billed in USD. Full payment is required before the commencement of any sourcing or consulting service, including our Instant Quote and standard service packages.
4. Refund Policy We strive to provide accurate and high-quality sourcing solutions. Due to the professional nature of our consulting work, our refund rules are strictly defined as follows:
Instant Quote Service ($4.99 (USD)): You are eligible for a full refund of $4.99 (USD) under two conditions:
If you request a cancellation before our team has executed or initiated the search process.
If our team has executed the service but is completely unable to find any matching results or suppliers based on your provided requirements.
5 Standard Service Packages: For any of our standardized service packages, a full refund will be issued if a cancellation request is received before the service or project is officially initiated by our team. Non-Refundable: Once the service has been executed and the consultation results, reports, or supplier details have been delivered to you, the fees are strictly non-refundable. This is due to the non-returnable nature of the time, labor, and professional intellectual property invested in the research.
To request a refund under the eligible conditions, please contact us via the methods listed in Section 7. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a certain number of business days.
5. Limitation of Liability Prosperene Limited acts as an independent consultant. While we conduct rigorous vetting and quality control assessments, we do not guarantee the ultimate performance or financial stability of the third-party suppliers we recommend. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our consulting reports or subsequent transactions with recommended suppliers.
6. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
